An unoaked chardonnay. The intense nose shows floral aromas reminiscent of white flowers like lilies and star jasmine, with the classic apple flavors that follow through on the palate. Fresh, crisp and lively, with good acidity and refreshing minerality reminiscent of wet pebbles.
