Cabernet Sauvignon

The nose has a note of raspberries with a hint of pepper. The palate is very dense with soft tannin and a long finish of red cherry. It will pair perfectly with Italian and French dishes along with a rich vegetarian stew. While this wine drinks beautifully now it will continue to improve over the next decade.
