Salus Chardonnay is exuberant with precocious and energetic bright yellow citrus fruits spiced with ginger, a tease of turmeric and hints of white pepper. A resonant interplay of lemon oil infused melons and stone fruits unctuously wraps around a core of coiled power complexed by exotic swirls of green chartreuse enlivened by a brisk and briny mineral ribbon. Long and persistent, it finishes with invitingly upright acids and subtle notes of oak that lend a nice lasting structure.
